Suggestions for improvement
- Employees should be reimbursed more for travel
Managments theory is, 'do as I say, not as I do'.
Employees are micromanaged to death. You literally waste so much time telling them what you are working on you have to budget it into your day.
They do not pay you on time. They do not pay you correctly and they are not compliant with MD labor laws.
There is NO life, in the work life balance with iProcess.
