Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management needs to acknowledge issues and do more than try to compensate with undeserved promotions to "retain staff". FYI, a higher title with poor compensation doesn't make me want to stay!
What I dislike about the company
Company culture is terrible and has been confused since the Synovate merger. Work-life balance is a joke, and team structure/staffing is nonsense. Even with a stellar annual review, your promotion will be based on politics and compared to competitors, compensation is 15-20% below average. Enjoy your 1.5% annual raise!
