Suggestions for improvement
- Windows, less phony leaders, real bonus pay. Easy job, but dealing with the worst people in terms of customers and the juice isn't worth the squeeze one bit.
I dislike about the employer
Was getting screamed at by customers all day. Went to the bathroom and washed my face to give myself a pick me up. Never abused bathroom runs. Still didn't. Was told I could use the bathroom without worry if I didn't constantly get off the phones. Was scolded for the one time I went. Totally contradicting what I was previously told. Everything felt cold, like what the supervisors spoke always felt scripted. Lure you in with a vague description of bonus pay but when you get there and get the real explanation you find out it only happens if you sacrifice any life outside of the place for it. I've been hammered on by customers in previous jobs, but you have to bend over and take it at this place. Supervisors are totally impersonal and phony. Whatever gets the buck. Felt no comradery. Its like I could've just done the job from home, would've been a better work enviroment.
