Very little upper management support. Long hours with few perks.
Suggestions for improvement
- Train employees to do their jobs. Get some new customers. This company is in a very fragile position - they only have one customer. And, that customer would love to drop Imperial because of poor quality.
What I like about the company
Was not too far from home.
What I dislike about the company
High pressure. Blame the operators for bad quality even tho the tools are worn out. Upper management shows up ever so often and don't even interact with the folks on the floor. Act superior.
