Too much politics and misuse of power
Suggestions for improvement
- Simplify they process
I like about the employer
Too big, many work alone in the team which is located in different remote places all over the USA, therefore no contact face to face or very rarely for very few people. Mostly employees have online or phone conferences.
I dislike about the employer
They on the top talk too much good they offer, but in reality all does not exit or is not in real practice. Or it takes too long time to get it, which is wastage of time and resources, also frustrating to wait for it. Hence it often hinder in progress, effectiveness and efficiency in production.
