Marriott set standards where the employees are first. If the employees are happy this will leave the guests that are visiting happy.
Support from Management
Managers do their best to support in the ways they could. Marriott set higher standards that all leadership would need to follow.
Working at the Front Desk to Accounting everyone tries to assist each out in different aspects in way they could. If it was assisting with check ins because you have experience, or to go the extra mile for immediate attention.
