Suggestions for improvement
- Make the parents follow protocol and speak to teacher before contacting supervisors, stop the hiring and firing practices, and do not rehire teachers who consistently absent for long periods of time, and do not use special education teachers as substitutes and penalize them on evaluations when they are not able to complete classroom tasks because they are out their classrooms covering other teacher absences.
