Suggestions for improvement
- Hold staff and adminstration to high standards for work culture. Give new teacher a chance to thrive. Do not assign teachers to schools that the administration does not want to hire because they will only make the teacher's job difficult. If the board assigns the teacher, make sure that the evaluations are fair and free from biased.
What I like about the company
They compensated for experience and degree level.
What I dislike about the company
I did not like that they did not renew contract to prolong tenure. The teachers and support staff were very rude and unprofessional. The administration had little respect for teachers. They did not support new teachers. They based rehiring decisions on whether the administration liked you and not on work performance.
