- Improve staff morale through two-way communication. Have staff express their feelings about ways in which the company could move forward so that the staff will feel as though they are an important part of the organization
What I like about the company
During the years 205 to 2014, there was always the feeling of comrade among the staff even though there was a million and one jobs being done within the 8 hour day.
