There is a lot of favoritism in the accounting department
Support from Management
Manager places unrealistic goals and does not follow through if you are not in the managers clique and verbally abusive.
Suggestions for improvement
- Do an independent investigation, high turn over in department due to the issues mentioned. HR does not stick up for employees.
