Reviews are not given timely. Employees can never feel if they are truly fulfilling milestones. Non-existent loyalty to employees.
1/2 day Friday's, 9 hours M-Th. Depending on individuals, work at home is sometimes permitted in family emergencies. This does not apply to all employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Value your current employees. Show loyalty. Management needs to be honest and not rule by imposing fear.
What I like about the company
It is easily accessible and has 1/2 day Friday's.
What I dislike about the company
Management needs to educate themselves in valuing and celebrating their employees. The thought process is that everyone is disposable. High employee turnover for a very small company. Out of 16 employees, only 1 has been there 6 years, one manager 8 years and another 5 years. Only owners have been there the longest - company is 25 years old. No one has retired. Most employees there less than 3 years (majority).
