I never heard of employees being commended by the employer at this company. In fact, an employee was told they were not there to get letters of appreciation or commendations.
Support from Management
No leadership, no career development, no support and no chance for pay increases.
Other employees function well as a team in spite of poor management.
Level of Autonomy
Workload is not fairly distributed but you are responsible for meeting unrealistic deadlines.
