Suggestions for improvement
- It would be great if the H.R. department supported both management AND employees. I.E. acted to help employees understand management goals and management understand employee goals.
What I like about the company
Large Company means opportunity if you look hard and are liked by management.
What I dislike about the company
Executive staff over compensated leaving employees under compensated.
Job security is non existent.
Culture used to be best in class but since a change in management it's all about the stock holders not the employees.
