No trust between employees and management because management doesn't have their backs.
Support from Management
Management talks, but doesn't support the staff.
Tight individual teams, but much friction between.
Level of Autonomy

Misleading statements and outright lying to customers about company capabilities, just to close the deal.
Attitude towards older colleagues
One quote from a tech during the interview process, "I would NEVER be okay hiring an older guy!"
