You stay because you need the paycheck, not because of the company

Not involved with day to day work. Refrains from involvement in store.
Does not build structure for teamwork!

Just get it done, even if it's your own time
Limited communication but lots of yelling if results aren't accomplished!

Offer is weak. No bonus structure and salaries do not match the current market.

Poor since the challenge is not the individual but how well you deal with the pressures around you.
Poor Osha compliance and concerned with following public health department standards.

Suggestions for improvement
- Raise the standard! You pay for what you get. Start with minimum wage and develope a tier where you could higher quality employees and build a foundation.
What I like about the company
Unless you need the job very limited on what will keep you in place.
What I dislike about the company
Get back to the basics. Get involved in the stores and know your people's names. Structure for results not just passing a corporate visit.
