Teamwork is supposed to be when a collective group works together for the good of a topic/project. This store in particular is driven by one person that is closer to a dictator. I was amazed that one single person could cause so much distrust among the entire management staff. Managers are not able to manage. They are merely higher paid clothes folders.
Communication throughout the company is poor. Very compressed timelines with little to no guidance.
