What this company calls customer service is not customer service. Actually helping people on the floor is customer service but you can rarely do that because you cannot get away from the registers long enough for lack of help.
Support from Management
The supervisors play around too much and do not lead.
There are a few that do not do their job and leave it up to someone else. Some are just lazy.
