Unprofessional, lots of favoritism and fraternization between management and employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of current management team, they're obsolete.
I like about the employer
Gave associate's codes to be autonomous enough to handle returns.
I dislike about the employer
When I was there it broke California state law and did not give at least 24 hour notification in advance of schedule change. If you missed that shift it would count against you and when that happened or you requested unpaid time off they would cut your hours.
