Suggestions for improvement
- JCP needs to improve its oversight of termination procedures. So many employees have been let go as a result of improper/false reviews and impossible goals that ensure terminations aren't overturned.
I like about the employer
JCP allowed me to carve out my own niche so I always felt like a valuable contributor to the teams I worked on.
I dislike about the employer
In JCP's attempts to be on the cutting edge of retail, it often loses great executive leaders. Every time leaders change, employees have to wonder whether they will be kept on by new management or shown the door.
