Support from Management
When I worked there there wasn't much solid leadership. It was chaotic and the few supervisors on duty that did know how to lead are over worked and under appreciated.
The few of us who could work, worked as a team and did our best to please customers and eachother to keep the moral high/level.
Not much communication to keep the moral and chaos balanced. It's only about the I caps that makes the managers happy. Everything else seems irrelevant to them.
