Support from Management
Management needs some work on how to be good positive leaders.
For The call center part of the company employees do not like to take calls that aren't theirs even though they are supposed to help out.
Employees were not happy there, only management was.
If management has an issue with you then your job is not safe, turn over rate is extremely high. If you don't meet quotas they let you go unless they really like you.
