Support from management
Management needs some work on how to be good positive leaders.
For The call center part of the company employees do not like to take calls that aren't theirs even though they are supposed to help out.
Employees were not happy there, only management was.
If management has an issue with you then your job is not safe, turn over rate is extremely high. If you don't meet quotas they let you go unless they really like you.
No training. It's a collection company and there is no security or training on what to do if a hostile person comes in.
Suggestions for improvement
- Owners need to take into consideration the employees and how management treats them.
What I like about the company
The workload was the only thing I liked.
What I dislike about the company
They do not treat employees fair, they get rid of you as soon as they don't like you, manage my is terrible and does not separate work and personal.
