Suggestions for improvement
- Better management and employees that actually want to work, consistent work with not having any lay off days due to no work, benefits to be provided after 90 calendar days that do include days for which you are laid off due to no work so you can actually get benefits after 90 days period. The person that hired me is definitely worth working for but hope they put you in the right place with the right people to work with and work for.
I like about the employer
The person in charge of hiring is a very nice person and hired me right on the spot when I was looking for a new job to leave a job that was right working out for me due to working with the wrong kind of people.
