Decisions are often made hastily and when they fail let the finger pointing begin.
The leadership often play politics, pick favorites, keep you from advancing, and force you to work too many hours a week.
Teamwork is hit or miss. It really depends on the person. Some help, others don't.
Communication needs work.
Gender inequality in the opposite direction. You get further if you are female.
