Not very professional.
Support from Management
Leadership hardly communicates with employees, no clear goals or expectations.
Lots of favoritism in the workplace, Everyone's honest for the most part but communication isn't as present.
Level of Autonomy
Older employees, yes. Newer ones get micro-managed.
Little to no communication, it would be unbelievably difficult to have as a first job.
