The Culture was great for the 1st 5 years until management left and shift managers and new managers came into the company on experience or experience managers who think they're right and will never listen to anyone else

There right your wrong, theyll listen theyll see the problem, and look the other way...no accountability...no follow up...
Again the teamwork was bad when I started and got amazing Until the new management team decided that most of everything, we worked and strived for for 5 years didnt matter
New management felt they could do whatever they want without communication or following procedure
Better if female.
Overall compensation for your work
Underpaid over worked, no yearly raises.
Over worked expected to do more and more, and more...yet not willing to give raises yearly or based on performance.
