The Culture was great for the 1st 5 years until management left and shift managers and new managers came into the company on experience or experience managers who think they're right and will never listen to anyone else

There right your wrong, theyll listen theyll see the problem, and look the other way...no accountability...no follow up...
Again the teamwork was bad when I started and got amazing Until the new management team decided that most of everything, we worked and strived for for 5 years didnt matter
