Support from management
I felt that not enough information was provided to complete the tasks that I needed to do.
Teamwork was non-existent between myself and employer but was present with other employees.
Freedom to work independently
Communication was unclear and incomplete as to what I had to do to complete the tasks assigned to me.
Jack's was fair in equality of employment.

Office / Work Environment
Working conditions for me was the only perk that I had.
Jack's did support fair trade.
Working hours were quite fair though I do question their vacation policy.
I had a sense from the other workers that they enjoyed their job. I was enjoying the job too until I observed that I was getting incomplete information.
I did find the work challenging in that I was learning new tasks in a a work environment that was completely new to me.
