Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2015
after 8 years of exceptional work when everyone was leaving and finding better paying jobs. I was dedicated and stayed with the company offering elite customer service and professional senior level tax preparation. each year you are suppose to receive a pay increase. even though the company was having financial troubles and downsizing some of there locations. I by passed my yearly pay increases because i really cared about the clients with the company.after 8 years of dedicated service, how do they reward me . they send me a letter before this tax season starts, informing me that they have closed down my location and they dont have any room for me at the main office on N. monroe where i started as an employee. they wish me the best of luck on my future endeavors. I found out that they hired a bunch of new trainees at a lower rate. The customers have been asking for me and come to find out they still need employees, that says no integrity or loyalty. I cant even speak on the price gouging , that would be tacky.
Suggestions for improvement
- make the tax rates comparable to other tax companies and don't treat there dedicated veteran employees abominably, when there pay rate is suppose to increase you throw them out like old trash instead and wait right before the season starts hoping i cant go work for the competiton
