Support from management
The upper crust literally never leave the 4th floor offices. Unless for a photo op on the front lawn.
Suggestions for improvement
- COMPLETE RESCRUCTURE. Everyone in management should have a term before someone else takes a turn. Stop hiring your family and BFF's for the management team. Break apart the "clique" and get to know the employees.
What I like about the company
The environment was so relaxed that you didn't have a need to be professional at all.
What I dislike about the company
Poor management from the top down to the department heads. It's all about image for them. PR did a great job with keeping image, however she had no idea what she was talking about so many articles contained misleading information. But you would never see news on how the "beautiful new ER expansion" had to have its roof redone a few times, flooded in on patients heads the first week it was opened, or how it was so poorly built with cheap materials that even today the paint is already peeling off the walls, and the trim is falling off the halls. Management's solution? A supply of matching paint in the breakroom, instructing employees to "touch up" if you've got time. One can only wonder if the costs cut in this endeavor dropped a few dollars into some unnecessary pockets on the backside. But that's just office gossip.
