Suggestions for improvement
- I wish they would review each department from the employees position. We fill out surveys each year, but it mostly gets unnoticed
Management will get in the trenches with employees when deadlines are at risk
Opportunities for advancement should be offered within with appropriate learning opportunities . Consider those with potential.
I feel my job is important, and I am proud of the work I do. I feel consistently challenged and that there are excellent opportunities for growth. I also make great money compared to comparable positions in my area, and the benefits are excellent. The building I work in is beautiful and makes me feel proud to work where I do.
There are some issues with diversity and inclusion that have gone public at times. I would love to see Jackson really make a strong initiative toward increasing diversity.
