At times, clinical staff are focused on issues with their own set of patients and there are occasional rifts in the workflow and communication problems between them. Remembering that it is a high-end specialty practice and using better communication methods would be beneficial. Organization and structured delegation of responsibilities with specific goals would be beneficial, and acknowledging a job well done is always good for morale.
