  • Free lunches for teachers (students get free lunches). Taking our feedback and really using it.

What I like about the company

I am proud if my career. I do wish educators were held at a higher standard and parents were held accountable for their children.
I appreciate the life and health insurance offered to me. One other perk is that we get into ballgames held in our district for free. My union is good about protecting my rights in the workplace.

What I dislike about the company

Employees are asked for feedback, but it appears that decisions are made even before that.
