staff turnover is high and staff are paid and treated poorly
as previously stated, there is no incentive for strong teamwork and the management is not rewarding for good performance
one of the main sources of frustration in the office is poor communication and lack of cohesiveness
as a mid-level provider, I took home 1-2 hours of charting work every night
