Suggestions for improvement
- Continue to listen to their employee's they know what they're doing and enjoy working there.
What I like about the company
The first and foremost thing best about JAE was employee loyalty (to a fault, they kept people they shouldn't have, just because. Trust me on this one, as a planner I knew everyone, and I made a lot of decisions on who got let go, even though I had no power, that's hard, very, very hard walking around knowing). They listen to when employee says something, and try to improve and are open to a lot things. They are deicated to their vendors, and their vendors are very deicated to them, very deicated. It was wonerful to here and see them doing everything for JAE-Oregon, even at 3am in the morning asking questions letting me know how things are going, AND, informing the president know as he's walking in the door. Great communication! I'd go back and work their in a heart beat.
What I dislike about the company
It took a while before they realize that JAE was a training ground for people to move on to other jobs, BUT once they did, they and bettered the compensation for their employees. Never had a turn-over problem after that.
