Cheaper to fire senior manager and hire younger low level managers at lower pay
Overall compensation for your work
Bonus program was cancelled for no reason.
Revolving door of low wage employees. No grooming of talent.
Lay-offs every January. You cringe hoping it is not your turn.

- When good people leave, it is a sign that bad people are running the company.
What I like about the company
It used to be a great place to work with a great mangement team.
What I dislike about the company
Arrogant Narcistic Manager & Executive hired. All the good people left.
