60+ people fired/quit in 3 years......only staff around 30
Suggestions for improvement
- You're in a "People Servicing Industry". Hire leaders that want to take the time to teach employees their jobs, not turn them loose and belittle them when they don't hit their numbers. Also, certain individuals need to be more aware of the customers in proximity that can hear the untasteful comments towards staff, customers and vendors. A real problem at this store.
What I like about the company
Employees are kind and helpful to each other. Pay plan one of the best, all at a cost.
What I dislike about the company
The way certain individuals in upper management speak/treat employees. No body enjoys being belittled in front of others. Happens way too often.
