Suggestions for improvement
- I would start by replacing the GM. There needs to better communication between sales and service. Things happen and the service section is forced to react because decisions are made without the service manager. Quite often she is not notified until the last minute.
What I like about the company
The work environment is conducive to high morale. We work hard and we have fun doing it.
What I dislike about the company
The GM is out of touch as to what is happening. He rarely listens to his managers. Until he gets pressure from the company, he will not support requirements and guidelines that need to be followed.
