Supervisors were treated unfairly.

Freedom to work independently
Some employees were overloaded.
There were only meetings when owners wanted to express negative information.
They were not treated as equals.

No one stayed because of treatment.
Owners did not promote employees.
Overall compensation for your work
No benefits and only certain people that they liked were compensated.

Working conditions were stressful.
Owners did not care about employees' safety.
Job was to come first.
Employees were not fond of owners or company.
The job was not stable.
No employees with disabilities are hired.
Owners did not have proper tools to do job safely.
No owners just expected more and more.
