Freedom to work independently
The company is based on a focus of autonomy. Each team is set up so that they can work even if a supervisor isn't around.
Jamberry is striving for a very open communication forum. There are hiccups along the way, but everyone strives to make sure that information gets to the correct spot.
Women are treated every bit as fairly as men in this company. The company was founded by 3 sisters and is extremely generous to any employee. Gender doesn't seem to matter - what they care about most is if you can do the job and do it well.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Most of the employees are in a younger demographic, but the senior workers are very well respected and valued. Long-serving employees are frequently rewarded for their years of hard work.
Internal promotions and hires are commonplace. Training is abundant, and supervisors regularly encourage attending cross-trainings so employees can be well rounded.

Almost every location has a lot of natural light. Most seating is open layout, however there are many small conference rooms spread around for when someone needs to take a call or work in a quiet area. When some desks were ordered too tall for most of the employees using them, the company quickly ordered foot rests so everyone would be comfortable.
Jamberry recycles a lot of excess material. There are recycle/shred bins placed around the office and lights are all on automatic sensors.
