There were no times ths t I remember being told that we did a good job.
Support from management
The upper management was not helpful and didnt communicate well with store managers.
Within the store everyone got a long, but then upper management would come and act like we werent doing a good job. Even though we made our numbers.
Freedom to work independently
We had a lot of stuff to do and VERY LITTLE staff. Where to NEVER leave the sales floor while single coverage, and that at times was 4-5 hours. No bathroom breaks.
You had hardly any communication with anyone outside of the store. The DM would come by ever so often, but mostly not. Yes, we did have conference calls every week but they were uninformative.
No furture training given or offered.
Overall compensation for your work
The pay was good, hours were good and insurance was good price.
They were fair with the schedule and days off were ok.
The store always looked great and the product was awesome.
Suggestions for improvement
- Take better care of their stuff and when they are doing a good job appreciate them.

The upper management- DM/RM. The some of the customers were very trying.
