Innovative product in a commoditized market.
I dislike about the employer
CEO micromanages business and is slow to make decisions. Not willing to invest in the infrastructure of systems and headcount(adequate staffing). Culture of distrust. Expectation of performance doesn't consider failure of top leadership to follow through on original commitments of support. Consistent significant market introduction delays in new products. Poor communication.
