My store 2102 has always shown concern for their employees and is willing to work with your schedule the best they can.
Support from management
I give 3 stars for now because there is a new assistant mgr who recently did not support me but automatically takes the other side before hearing both sides of the story. My manager and supervisors are great about hearing both sides.
The supervisors try their best to work as a team with us. My team is great because we all are there to help each other. A team is only as good as the supervisors and employees are.
Freedom to work independently
My supervisors have seen they can count on me to make a good decision without bothering them on small matters so they have given me the ability to make those decisions.
No one's perfect but I haven't had a problem with communicating with my bosses. They are there to listen for you and help with any problems.
Male or female if you can do the job and fit the qualifications then you will be considered for the position.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Respect is shown to me at least at my store 2102.
There is a lack of courses that could prepare someone for upper management if they were thinking of it.
Overall compensation for your work
It's retail so you don't get paid your worth.
Office / Work Environment
Our supervisors and store manager try hard to make it a fun environment with the different teams in the store.
Our store always looks clean
I don't have a problem getting time off when I need it. I always try to give some notice. It's only fair.

We all take safety seriously so there is always someone available to clean up spills. Also if we need to do a lot of lifting then we can express a need for safety apperatices and it will be provided.

Inclusive / Diverse
I have expressed how much I like diversity in my job and my supervisors have trained me to be able to fill in many positions when needed.
Suggestions for improvement
- Supervisors all the up to the CEO need to work along side the employees for at 2 weeks to see what they experience .

What I dislike about the company
Their greedyness. I say this because the employees can't spend most holidays with their family. The family dynamic is falling apart and I feel this is just one of the reasons.
