Suggestions for improvement
- New management and culture. However that starts from the top down, and the top are the ones promoting the culture.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
No company loyalty. They will lay you off at the drop of a hat. It doesn't matter how many years you may have been with the company. Management doesn't lead by example. They are never in the floor, and it seems the most incompetant get promoted.
