They strive to give credit where it is due. Try to be fair in all matters.
Support from Management
Managment is firm, but fair. They are very aprochable.
Communication between the departments can be better, and between floor supervisors and associates. For the most part everyone works well together.
Level of Autonomy
This all depends on schedule, and coverage. Mostly pretty good.
like with any company there's always room for improvement, but they try.
