Company culture was abysmal. Very strong demoralized employees of about 60% were constantly looking for another job.
Support from Management
The culture was one of demoralizing tension.
Team work was not good as top management did not like employee's consorted efforts.
Level of Autonomy
No autonomy at all you did only what you were told whether it was right or wrong.
Major lack of communication from the top management team to the employees and customer base.
