Suggestions for improvement
- Change the unequal pay for everyone.
There were budget constraints that offer challenges to teachers and administrators. Funding has been consistently cut at the federal and state levels. The culture of the company is therefore a bit sad and lots of the community members have left. Friends, coworkers and community members vacate their mission to teach after decades of service. It's kind of sad for everyone.
Management has offered what they can to teachers and employees. They communicate goals effectively and do what they can support the college mission on a constrained budget.
I like the students and my teaching peers. Administrators are friendly and accessible.
