Just about the same as everywhere else.
Support from management
Made you set realistic targets. Majority of decision making is made by corporate as far as scheduling your days off. In order to get a day off we have to give a two week notice.
Everyone helps each other out as much as possible there is no way you can work in this office without having a team work effort.
Freedom to work independently
Everyone takes turns doing their daily assignments.
People cannot handle cordial criticism very well. If you give them feedback it's like the end of the world to disagree. They changed their hours left and right. If you have a kid in Elementary School I wouldn't recommend this job for you. This job is perfect for somebody who doesn't have kids. Also this job is perfect for someone who has unlimited daycare.

If you are a senior in this company it's probably because you've been there for a while.
Overall compensation for your work
Just do not match the expectation. Your paycheck always comes on time.thank you all for you Medical but they don't offer you free dental work. They offer you a discounted price for any dental care. They should change the process other private offices to offer employee no charge dental care for immediate family.
Office / Work Environment
I disagree the technology they have isn't updated.
There is some peer pressure in terms of working hours. They change the hours of operation and only give you a one week notice. According to the company one week notice enough time, but for a couple with no family or daycare utilities open Before 7:00am only for 1 day out of the week,and after 6:30 it is impossible. It doesn't make any sense.
Some employees do some employees don't, it all depends a time management and your attitude.

Suggestions for improvement
- Yall should upgrade your xray machines to electronic and it will save you time and money. Also if a patient ask if yall can call them 30 minutes before it's there time to bring them back to the exam room. You should allow your employees to do that, that way you won't have upset patients waiting a long time in the waiting room.
What I like about the company
I do agree that the doctors really do care about their patients. They go up, and be on their way to personalize their patients visits. The prices are way better than going to a orthodontist.
What I dislike about the company
The time management is horrible. They should set a schedule and stick to it. Employees should be allowed to have every other weekend off rotating. There is enough employees to be able to do so. Just like the corporate world the dental assistants,sitting in the chair are the specialist. Y'all are overworking your employees. Most likely that could be the reason why you'll have a high turnover rate. If you provide feedback about the schedule your employees get belittled. It comes to the point where the employee doesn't care anymore and eventually they quit.
