Company Culture was good in the 1999 and early 2000 then changed in about 2010
Support from management
Once was a good place with Good Competent Leadership then those leaders left and it no longer was a competent enjoyable w=place to work
with current adminisrtration questionable
Suggestions for improvement
- Return to Christmas and Qtrly gatherings to show appreciation to staff, work with contracts in the community vs, degrading the staff at theose contracted agencies.
