Culture is determined at each school site. This particular HS had an interesting culture. Employees were rude and not willing to share. Inexperienced leadership.

Old building, dirty, and no concern for cleanliness.
Old and not environmentally friendly. Wholes in walls, dusty and facilities outside of office are not clean.
Expect teacher's to write their own curriculum with no extra consideration and pay.
Poor company image.
Currently unknown, new management; however, an employee union does exist.
No handicap access here at this HS. Isn't this illegal?
Not enough security - inadequate security in building and on the grounds. Employee's do not feel safe. Too much free access during the morning, day and evening after work.
Not challenging due to lack of knowledge of assistant leadership.
Suggestions for improvement
- Administration should be open to concerns, they should offer more support and try to listen to employee's without being punitive.
