Support from management
Not at all.
They did at one time but not any more, they are afraid to say anything.
Freedom to work independently
Yes, but hope you do not make a mistake or you will hear about it in a negative way.
Attitude towards older colleagues
No younger workers are hired. There is one senior colleague and no she is not appreciated by the company.
No criteria for further advancement or personal development.
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
Work life balance, does not care.
Families are not taken into consideration.
There is no question you will work more hours or you will not have a job, peer pressure from the owner.
I was the first 2 1/2 years but after that, no.
Stable, not at all.
Risk for eliminated positions, absolutely.
Safe but the break room is up a very steep flight of stairs that have been fallen down by other employees.
The work was great, very challenging and fun to work with the employees at that time and the patients were wonderful! I did a great job and got many compliments, I am very proud of the job I did there.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop treating your employees so poorly, they have worked so hard to get you where you are today, they deserve at least a little respect not constant negativity directed towards them ALL the time. Stop taking away and start giving back to them, they deserve it they have worked so hard for many years to help you and make your office look professional, they do not deserve how they are being treated.
What I like about the company
The team of employees we had at that time and the patients were wonderful!
What I dislike about the company
