Used to be welcoming but has since fallen into a cutthroat, every man for the self. Used to have a culture group but have since disbanded it.
Support from Management
Very little leadership or involvement from supervisor/PM. Only interaction is when they need something last minute. Typical to not see/talk/meet with supervisor for three months at a time. Career path is at their whom and only if they think they need the position.
