GREAT owner, g.m, asst. mgrs., and co-workers. But an out of state corporate office dictated archaic business practices.
Suggestions for improvement
- Put employees on a time table as to whether they would receive a pay increase after a certain amount of time there.
What I like about the company
My owner, general manager, asst. mgrs., and co-workers were all Awesome. They work with you as an employee to the best of their ability even though their hands are tied on certain issues.
What I dislike about the company
Corporate office imposes changes that aren't realistic with the day-to-day operations of the store.
